Brake Repair FAQs

How often should brake pads be replaced?

It depends on your driving, but many cars need new pads every 30,000 to 60,000 km. Scott checks pad wear at every service and tells you how much life is left.

Why does brake fluid need changing?

Brake fluid absorbs moisture over time, which lowers its boiling point and can corrode parts. Most manufacturers recommend changing it every two years.

Can brakes really be done in my driveway?

Yes. Pads, rotors and fluid changes are routine jobs Scott does on site with the right tools and parts.
