WOF Repairs in Whangaparāoa

Failed your WOF? We fix it.

Please note: Scott does not do WOF inspections and can't issue a WOF. He only does WOF repairs, fixing the items your car failed on, at your place, so it's ready for the recheck with your WOF inspector.

Send Scott a photo of your fail sheet and he'll fix the failed items at your home or work, so you can go back for the recheck without a workshop booking in between.

Common WOF failures we fix

  • Brakes: worn pads, scored rotors, uneven braking, leaking brake lines

  • Lights: blown bulbs, cracked lenses, headlight aim

  • Suspension and steering: worn ball joints, bushes, shocks and tie rod ends

  • Leaks: oil and fluid leaks under the car

  • Exhaust: holes, loose brackets, excessive noise

  • Wipers and washers: worn blades, washers not working

  • Wheel bearings

How it works

  1. Text or email a photo of your WOF fail sheet to Scott (021 613 165, scott@mcmahonautomotive.co.nz).

  2. Scott quotes the repairs and books a time at your place.

  3. He fixes the items and you take the car back to your WOF inspector for its recheck.

The sooner the failed items are fixed, the sooner you can go back for your recheck, so send Scott the fail sheet as soon as you get it.
